Hyundai unveiled its all-new Veloster at the North American International Auto Show. The fresh design was a collaborative effort of designers from Seoul, South Korea and the U.S. design center in Irvine, California. The 2019 Veloster begins production in March 2018 in Ulsan, Korea. With the exterior being much sharper than the outgoing model and the interior being revised the Hyundai Veloster is a 2.0-litre inline-four petrol engine that churns out 144 bhp of max power and 178 NM of peak torque, mated to a 6-Speed manual or a 6-Speed automatic. While the more powerful Turbo variant, with its 1.6-liter turbo-charged engine puts out maximum power output of 198 bhp and peak torque of 264 NM, mated to a 6-Speed manual or a 7-Speed dual-clutch gearbox.
