2020’s updated Nissan Kicks is now available in India

Nissan has launched the BS-6 complaint 2020 Kicks in India at the starting price of INRs 9.50 lakhs – INRs 14.15 lakhs. The new model has been made available with 2 petrol engine options : a 1.5-liter H4K naturally aspirated petrol and 1.3 litre turbocharged petrol motor.

The BS-6 upgraded 1.5 litre H4K naturally aspirated motor produces a max power of 106 bhp and max torque of 142 NM. It has been offered with the same 5 speed manual transmission as in the older model. On the other side new 1.3-litre, 4-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine, called the HR13 DDT, is capable of producing 156PS of power and 254Nm of torque. This turbo engine boasts of Dual Variable Timing system, which is claimed to offer lowered emissions and higher torque at low rpm. The new X-tronic CVT unit is claimed to be 40% more efficient than the existing CVTs.

The 2020 Nissan Kicks is available in 6 exterior colour options – Blade Silver, Night Shade, Fire Red, Bronze Grey, Pearl White and Deep Blue Pearl. It also gets 3 dual-tone colour options – Bronze Grey with Amber Orange, Fire Red with Onyx Black and Pearl White with Onyx Black.
