2021 Jeep Wrangler to Launch on March 15 in India
Jeep India has announced the 2021 Jeep Wrangler – to be assembled in India, will be launched on the 15th of March. Wrangler will be the second SUV to roll out from the Ranjangaon facility while the 2021 Jeep Compass facelift remains to be the first one.
The company has commenced the pre-booking for the enthusiasts in India and announced that the price and specifications 2021 Jeep Wrangler is to be revealed during its market launch. It is worth noting that the 2021 Jeep Wrangler will now be available in the market with a reduced price due to locally assembling in India instead of being a Completely Built Unit (CBU).

Jeep India is yet to confirm but it is likely that the 2021 Jeep Wrangler to get a 2.0-liter turbocharged petrol engine with 262 bhp and 400 Nm of peak torque, paired with the 8-speed automatic transmission.
“Jeep has always represented the ultimate in capability and open-air freedom, and we are incredibly proud that our Made-in-India Wrangler protects that important legacy in the market,” Jeep India Managing Director Partha Datta said.
“The Jeep Wrangler is the second out of the four localized products we committed to launching in India. We wanted to make the world’s most recognized SUV even more accessible to our Indian customers and we are pleased to be able to meet their aspirations,” he added.
