2023 Hero Xtreme 200S 4V launched at INR 1.41 lakh in India

Hero MotoCorp has launched the 2023 Xtreme 200S 4V in the Indian market. The new Xtreme 200S 4V is offered in a single variant that comes with new colour schemes, updated features, and mechanical upgrades. The company has offered the bike at an introductory price of INR 1.41 lakh, which is INR 5,000 more expensive than the 2-valve variants.

Design and features

The all-new Xtreme 200S 4V gets a sporty and aerodynamic design. The front fascia features twin LED headlights with LED DRLs and a windscreen. On the rear, the bike gets signature LED tail lights with LED guides and split grab rails. Other notable features are its all-new split handlebar, split-set-up seats, compact sporty exhaust, and alloy wheels. Furthermore, the bike has been offered in three dual-tone colours: Moon Yellow, Panther Black Metallic, and a premium Stealth Edition.

The 2023 Xtreme 200S 4V comes equipped with a fully digital instrument console with an LCD display—which is offered with connectivity features such as smartphone connectivity, turn-by-turn navigation, and call/SMS alerts—that displays information such as speed, time, gear indicator, eco-mode indicator, service reminder, and trip metre, among others.

Powertrain

The Xtreme 200S 4V is powered by a new 199.6 cc, single-cylinder, four-valve, oil-cooled OBD2 and E20-compliant engine that generates a peak power of 19.1 hp at 8000 rpm and a peak torque of 17.35 Nm at 6500 rpm. The engine comes mated to a five-speed gearbox. The Xtreme 200S 4V produces 6% more power and 5% more torque than the Xtreme 200S 2V models, comparatively.

The Xtreme 200S 4V’s suspension duties are handled by telescopic forks at the front and a mono-shock absorber at the rear. For braking, the bike gets disc brake on both ends, which is coupled with single-channel ABS as standard.

2023 Hero Xtreme 200S 4V price in Nepal

Hero MotoCorp India has launched the 2023 Xtreme 200S 4V in a single variant at an introductory price of INR 1.41 lakh. The bike serves as a rival to the TVS Apache RTR 200 4V, the Bajaj Pulsar F250, and the Bajaj Pulsar 220F. Although there is no official news regarding its launch here, the fans can expect it to come at an expected price of Rs 4 lakh.
