Bajaj Pulsar N250 price slashed by Rs 45,000; now comes at Rs 4.49 lakh in Nepal
Following the price reduction of the Bajaj Dominar 250, Hansraj Hulaschand, the authorised distributor of Bajaj bikes in Nepal, has also lowered the price of its Pulsar N-series model–the N250. The company has now offered the bike at a price of Rs 4.49 lakh, which is Rs 45,000 less than the outgoing models.
Design and features
The Pulsar N250 gets a sharp and aggressive design. The front fascia features a bi-functional projector LED headlamp with eyebrow-shaped DRLs. And at the rear, the naked bike gets crystalline LED tail lamps and a split grab rail. Other notable design elements are a double-barrel exhaust muffler, split seats, and a contoured fuel tank (with the signature Pulsar logo on it). Furthermore, the bike is offered in a single Brooklyn black colour option.
The Pulsar N250 models come equipped with a semi-digital instrument console: the digital part gets a speedometer, fuel gauge, time indicator, odometer, side stand indicator, and tripmeter, and the analog section gets a tachometer. Furthermore, the other notable features are its LED units, a USB charging port, and dual-channel ABS, among others.
Powertrain
The N250 is powered by a 249.07 cc, single-cylinder, BS6, four-stroke, SOHC, oil-cooled, fuel-injected engine. The engine produces a maximum power of 24.5 PS at 8750 rpm and a maximum torque of 21.5 Nm at 6500 rpm. For transmission, the engine comes mated to a five-speed transmission. The bike comes with a 14-litre fuel tank, and it provides an approximate mileage of 35 kmpl.

Chassis
The Pulsar N250 models’ suspension duties are handled by a telescopic fork at the front and a mono suspension without canister at the rear. For braking, the bike gets disc brakes on both ends, which are complemented by a dual-channel ABS.
