Coming Soon: The First Intelligence SUV in Nepal, DFSK Glory i-Auto

Kuzu Nepal Pvt. Ltd., an authorized distributor of Dongfeng Sokon (known internationally as DFSK) vehicles in Nepal, has been successful in selling and distributing DFSK Glory 580 and Glory 560 in the Nepali market for the past couple of years.

With the previous announcement of the company referring to the 2021 model bookings being available, now they have stated that the new model Glory i-Auto of DFSK is entering Nepal soon.

The Glory i-Auto features the 7-seater Intelligent SUV and the company claims that the model will host packed features compared to the similar SUVs in the Nepalese market.

Furthermore, on the features of this SUV, it will be equipped with an S Voice command called ITC which leads to performing multiple tasks in the car just by a high glory command. To be precise, the system can operate a phone call access system, media command, car control, voice navigation, and connectivity features. The company claims that 100 multiple voice commands can be activated in this SUV.

The impressive Glory i-Auto bags a five-star rating in the Global Ncap Crash Test with safety features such as our front airbags and four-wheel disc brakes, modern electric stability program (ESP) braking system, ABS, EBD, and EBA (Emergency Brake Assist). Then there is hill hold control, a 360-degree camera, rear parking sensor, and anti-theft alarm.

The interior holds a premium finish that is mostly visualized by soft-touch material, wood accent, leather seat cover on the dashboard with additional features such as a vehicle running record systems, cruise control, auto AC climate control, and a 9-inch floating HD infotainment system.

The powertrain of the SUV features a 1.5-liter turbocharged petrol engine that generates a maximum of 150 PS of power and 220 Nm of torque mated to an automatic gearbox.

DFSK, owned by Dongfeng Motor Corporation of China, is a joint venture between Dongfeng and Chongqing Sokon Industry Group Co Ltd; renowned for its world-class quality technology and services. The company has successfully manufactured compact MPVs, compact SUVs as well as commercial vehicles, mini pickups, and minibusses for the national and international market. Founded in 2003, it has managed to be the number one export company in the automobile sector of China since 2012.

The price of the Glory i-Auto is assumed to be around 90 Lakh in the Nepalese market.
