Coolpad NX1 now available in Nepal

Jaima Intercontinental Pvt Ltd (JIPL), the official distributor of Coolpad smartphones in Nepal has recently launched the Coolpad NX1 here. Priced at Rs 10,226, it is targeted towards customers who want a good smartphone without having to spend a fortune. Let’s take a closer look at the phone and see what it offers at this price point.

The Coolpad NX1 packs a 5 inch HD IPS display with a pixel density of 294PPI. The phone features a slim-arc unibody design for a great user experience. Under the hood, the NX1 packs a 1.3Ghz quad-core MediaTek MT6735 processor along with the Mali T720 GPU. The processor is backed by 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal storage. The inbuilt memory can be further expanded via a micro-sd card up to 64 GB. The phone also is 4G compatible and supports dual sim cards.

In the camera department, the phone packs an 8MP rear camera accompanied by a LED flash. The phone also has a 2MP front camera, which is kind of a letdown in this day and age. Software wise, the phone runs a custom skin over Android 6.0 Marshmallow. Sadly, the phone doesn’t have a fingerprint scanner which we would have loved to see at this price point. And finally powering this device all up is a decent sized 2000mAh battery. This coupled with the 720p display will be enough to get users through a full day of moderate to heavy usage without any problems.

The Coolpad NX1 is now available for you to buy from any Coolpad outlets across the nation in black, and white color. The phone bridges the gap between having to spend a lot of money and getting a good smartphone. If you guys are looking for one under Rs 11,000 in Nepal, you should definitely check out the Coolpad NX1.
