Hero launches its all-new scooter: the Xoom 110
Hero MotoCorp has launched the all-new Xoom 110 in India. The Xoom 110 is powered by a 110cc engine that produces a peak power of 8 hp and a peak torque of 8.70 Nm. The scooter is offered in three variants: the ZX, the VX, and the LX–at an introductory price of INR 68,599.
Design and features

The Xoom gets a sporty design. The aggressive front fascia features signature H-shaped projector LED headlamps with DRLs, and on the rear, the scooter comes with X-shaped LED tail lights. Furthermore, the scooter has been offered in seven different colours: Sports Red, Polestar Blue, Black, Matte Abrax Orange, and Pearl Silver White.

The Xoom comes equipped with a digital instrument console with Bluetooth connectivity that displays real-time mileage, time, speed, SMS alerts, and caller ID. Other notable features are its LED units, disc brake (front), high-intelligent cornering light (HICL), a USB charging port, and diamond-cut alloy wheels.
Engine
The Xoom is powered by a 110cc, air-cooled, four-stroke SI engine that generates a peak power of 8 hp at 7250 rpm and a peak torque of 8.70 Nm at 5750 rpm. The company claims that the Xoom can accelerate from 0 to 60 kmph in 9.35 seconds, which is the fastest in the 110 cc segment. Furthermore, the scooter gets i3S technology, which enhances the scooter’s fuel efficiency.
