Honda prepares to launch a new 200 cc bike

Honda is all set to launch a new 200cc bike, according to various reports the company is preparing to replace Hornet. The upcoming motorcycle could be the spiritual successor to the Honda CB Hornet 160R which hasn’t launch for now.

Currently Honda has motorcycles of 110cc, 125cc, & 160cc segments. So with the high demand over 200 cc segment the company is looking forward to bring in a new motorcycle in that segment. These 200 cc bikes will be directly competing with models like Bajaj Pulsar NS 200, TVS RTR 200 4V when it hits the market.

Honda’s new motorcycle is expected to be based on the CBF 190R, which is being sold in the international market. At present, CBF has a single cylinder air cooled engine with a capacity of 184 cc. It is expected to bring more power with few modifications. Can’t wait to see Honda’s new 200 cc segment bikes hitting the road, the company has already announced the revealing date that is on August 27, 2020.
