Horwin Global to launch the CR6 e-bike in Nepal
With the increasing popularity of electric automobiles in Nepal, Horwin Global is readying to launch the CR6 here, via its authorised distributor–Pioneer Worldwide Pvt. Ltd. The retro-styled e-bike comes with a 4kWh lithium-ion battery that provides an appropriate range of 150 km.
Design and features
The new CR6 gets a retro-styled design. The e-bike comes with round-shaped LED headlights and taillights, circular side-mirrors, muscular battery compartment, flat unibody seat, and a grab rail. The bike measures 2040 mm long, 770 mm wide, and 1120 mm tall. Furthermore, the motorcycle gets a seat height of 870 mm, kerb weight of 138 kg, and a wheelbase of 1395 mm.
The e-bike comes with a round classical LCD instrument cluster with automatic brightness adjustment. The semi-digital instrument console is divided in two parts: analog part and digital part. The analog part is for the tachometer and the digital part displays the bike’s speed, range, battery health, trip metres, temperature, and driving mode, among others.
The CR6’s other notable features are its driving modes, keyless start, Field Oriented Control (FOC) unit, combined braking system, USB charging port, and anti-theft protection system, among others.
Battery and performance
The CR6 is powered by the 4 kWh lithium-ion battery that generates a peak power of 8.3 hp and a peak torque of 260 Nm. The e-bike comes with a Battery Management System (BMS) that protects the battery from overloading, overheating, short-circuit, and deep discharge.
For charging, the battery can be charged from 0-80% in three hours and on a full charge, it provides an approximate range of 150 km.
The bike comes with two driving modes. At its maximum, the CR6 can accelerate from 0-60 kmph in 6 seconds. Moreover, it can speed up to 95 kmph.

Horwin Global CR6 price in Nepal
Pioneer Worldwide Pvt. Ltd, an official distributor, hasn’t revealed the price for the new CR6 yet. However, Nepali can expect it to cost around 6.35 lakh.
