Goenka Infotech Pvt. Ltd, the official distributor of HTC smartphones in Nepal, has launched a mid-tier smartphone- the HTC Desire 650. Priced at Rs 20,666 here are all the things the phone brings to the table.
The HTC Desire 650 packs a 5 inch HD IPS display with a pixel density of 294PPI. The display is covered by Corning Gorilla Glass giving it protection against drops and scratches. Under the hood, the Desire 650 packs a 1.5Ghz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor along with the Adreno 305 GPU. The processor is backed by 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. The inbuilt memory can be further expanded via a micro-sd card up to 256GB. The phone also supports dual Nano-sim cards and is 4G compatible. In the camera department, the phone packs a f/2.0 13MP rear camera accompanied by a LED flash. The phone also has a f/2.8 5MP front camera for all your selfies. Software-wise, the phone runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow with HTC’s own custom skin-Sense UI overlaid on top of it. The phone sadly doesn’t come with a fingerprint scanner! However, the phone does pack some other sensors like an accelerometer, proximity sensor, and a digital compass. And finally powering this device all up is a 2200mAh non-user removable battery. This coupled with the 720p display will be enough to get users through a full day of moderate to heavy usage without any issues.
