Huawei Nova 2i launching soon in Nepal

Huawei Electronics Nepal is gearing up to launch their latest mid-tier smartphone, the Huawei Nova 2i. The phone packs some interesting features like a total of 4 cameras- dual rear and dual front cameras, and an almost bezel-less display with 18:9 aspect ratio. That aside, here are all the things the phone brings to the table for an expected price of around Rs 40,000.

The Huawei Nova 2i packs a 5.9 inch Full HD (1080*2160) IPS display with an aspect ratio of 18:9 and a pixel density of 409PPI. This helps Huawei pack a larger display in a relatively small body. The Nova 2i comes encased in a unibody aluminum shell which not only looks good but also feels premium to the touch. Under the hood, the phone packs an octa-core Kirin 659 processor along with the Mali-T830 GPU. The processor is backed by 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The phone also supports storage expansion via a micro-sd card up to 128GB and is dual-sim capable. In the camera side of things, the Nova 2i packs 4 cameras in total. Among the 4, two of them are in the rear which is a combination of a 16MP and a 2MP sensor. The other two are in the front combining a 13MP and a 2MP sensor. This not only means better photos but also better selfies now. Software-wise, the phone runs Android 7.1 Nougat with Huawei’s own custom skin, EMUI layered on top of it. Just sitting below the rear cameras is a fingerprint scanner embedded into the phone’s back panel. Other sensors include an accelerometer, proximity, compass, and a gyroscope. And finally, powering the device all up is a large non-user removable 33400mAh battery. This will be more than enough to get users through a day of moderate to heavy usage without any issues.
