Huawei Y7 Prime 2018 launched
Huawei Electronics recently launched their latest mid-tier smartphone, the Huawei Y7 Prime 2018 in the international market. The phone is the follow up to last year Huawei Y7 which was a good phone. In an event held in Paris, the phone was launched alongside the Huawei P20 and P20 Pro. With a price tag of $200, here are all the things the phone brings to the table.
The Huawei Y7 Prime 2018 packs a 5.99 inch Full HD IPS near bezel-less display with a pixel density of 269PPI. The display is covered by Gorilla Glass (unspecified) and is edged out by a 2.5D glass. Under the hood, the phone packs an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor along with the Adreno 505 GPU. The processor is backed by 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. The internal memory can be further expanded via a micro-sd card up to 256GB. The phone also supports dual-sim cards and is 4G compatible.
In the camera department, the Y7 Prime 2018 packs a dual camera set up made by a 13MP and a 2MP sensor. The phone also has a f/2.0 8MP front camera for all your high-res selfies. Software-wise, the phone runs EMUI 8.0, Huawei’s own custom skin, based on Android 8.0 Oreo. The phone packs sensors include an accelerometer, proximity sensor, gyroscope, and a digital compass. And finally powering this phone up is a 3000mAh non-user removable battery. This will without a doubt be enough to get users through a day worth of battery life on a single charge.
