Hyundai debuts the all-new Dynamic 2021 Tucson

The moment we all have been waiting for a long time has finally come to an end. Hyundai Tucson the best-selling Hyundai SUV has finally revealed the next level designed 2021 Hyundai Tucson to the World. It is really something new for Tucson lovers, the new 2021 Hyundai Tucson’s design identifies sensuous sportiness with transformative design experience.

The 2021 Hyundai Tucson stands as the most dynamic SUV, designed to convey the trend-setting spirit. Each model is said to be offered with its own unique and distinctive character.

One of the first attractive features that caught an eye was its seamlessly integrated lights specifically called “Parametric Hidden Lights”. So the reason behind calling it a hidden light is because it’s completely invisible, while is it turned off. Wouldn’t it be exciting seeing these SUV with a unique lighting system and distinctive face hitting the roads for the very first time?

With the firstly revealed glimpse, Hyundai Tucson looks bold, energetic in its angular pattern. The new 2021 Tucson seems to be given an airy environment. The gauge cluster housing has been removed to improve the forward openness and the AC vents have also been hidden completely likewise in an airplane says Hyundai. The dashboard in Tucson is made up of two vertically stacked screens that measure 10.25 inches each. The new Ambient mood lights and shift by wire has enhanced Tucson’s premium spacious experience.

All new 2021 Tucson will be offered with altogether 12 different engine options: 6 Gasoline, 4 Diesel, 1 Hybrid, and 1 Plug-in Hybrid system. Basically, it is powered by 2.5 liters direct-injected four-cylinder options which produce a max power of 190 bhp and max torque 247 NM of torque paired with 8-speed automatic transmission. On the other hand, the Hybrid model is powered by a 1.6-liter turbocharged GDi engine producing 230 hp power and 350 Nm torque. The new 3rd Gen “Hyundai Smart Stream” is said to be offered in all the 12 powertrains.

2021 Tucson gets an H-TRAC system an ALL-WHEEL-DRIVE system that offers sure footing on various road conditions/modes. The new model gets various modes: Snow, Eco, Comfort, Smart, Sport, Mud, and Sand, etc. With the color options it has been offered with: White Cream, Phantom Black, Shimmering Silver, Nocturne Gray, Amazon Gray, Flame Red, and Intense Blue, six of which are new for Tucson. Hybrid and plug-in hybrid models offer the following four colors: White Cream, Phantom Black, Shimmering Silver, and Intense Blue,

Hyundai says the 2021 Tucson includes world-first CVVD technology which was introduced in 2020 Hyundai Sonata. This system helps in improving performance, fuel efficiency, and reduce emissions. Besides that Hyundai has applied its first-in-class E-Handling technology for HEV and PHEV models which keeps the car under precise control especially with the cornering.

In terms of safety features, it includes: Highway Driving Assist (HDA), Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist (FCA) with pedestrian detection, Lane Keeping Assist (LKA), Lane Following Assist (LFA), Blind-Spot View Monitor, Blind-Spot Collision Warning (BCW), Surround View Monitor, Reverse Parking Collision-Avoidance Assist (RPCA), Remote Smart Parking Assist (RSPA), High Beam Assist (HBA), and Driver Attention Warning (DAW). The all-new Tucson is available with advanced technology features including Blind-Spot Collision-Avoidance Assist (BCA) with Rear Cross-Traffic Collision-Avoidance Assist (RCCA) Advanced Smart Cruise Control (SCC) with Stop and Go and Safe Exit Warning (SEW).

The new 2021 Tucson will surely be one of the most stylish SUV. In order to address diversity, Hyundai will be launching Tucson in different types for different regions (long wheel-based/ short wheel-based). With that in consideration if the new 2021 Tucson launches in Nepal it will probably be short wheel-based. Tucson will surely be an effective competitor, competing with all the gasoline & hybrid/plug-in hybrid cars in Nepal.
