Iconic Czech motorcycles -JAWA & JAWA 42 launched in Nepal

The wait for the iconic Czech model has come to an end. Jawa has finally launched two of its much-awaited model in Nepal. Agni MotoInc – a subsidiary of the Agni group the official distributor of Jawa bikes in Nepal has announced the price and its available variants through a virtual launch event.

The company will be selling two of its bikes Jawa and Jawa 42 with four variants in Nepal. Single-channel ABS and Dual-channel ABS will be offered for both the model in two ABS variants.

Both these motorcycles are powered by BS6-compliant 293 cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, 4-stroke engine. Its DOHC engine generates 27 bhp of power and 28 Nm of torque. It has a 6-speed transmission paired with a single-channel ABS system/dual. These engines were designed and developed in India and Italy.

In terms of overall dimensions, it measures 2,122mm in lengths, 790mm in width, 1,165 mm in height, 1,370 mm in wheelbase and it has a kerb weight of 170 kg.

This Iconic retro-classic machine delivers its own unique stylings such as its rounded headlights, dual-tone chrome finish on fuel tanks, twin exhausts, flat saddle, wire-spoked wheels, and a round instrument cluster has its own perk.

It will be available in 6 colour options – Hally’s Teal, Galactic Green, Starlight Blue, Lumos Lime, Nebula Blue, and Comet Red.

These bikes were brought in through the Completely Built Units route (CBU). With its comeback of this retro-classic bike, we do believe it will be a tough competitor for the Royal Enfield Classic, Benelli Leoncino 250, and Italjet Buccaneer 250.
