InFocus Bingo 50+ launched in Nepal

Prism Technologies, the official distributor of InFocus smartphones in Nepal has recently launched their latest mid-tier smartphone, the Infocus Bingo 50+. Here is all the phone brings to the table for a price of Rs 17,999.

The Infocus Bingo 50+ packs a 5.5 inch HD IPS display with a pixel density of 267PPI. The display is protected by Gorilla Glass 3 and is edged out by a 2.5D glass. Under the hood, the Bingo 50+  packs a 1.3Ghz quad-core MediaTek MT6753 processor along with the Mali T720 GPU. The processor is backed by 3GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. The inbuilt memory can be further expanded via a micro-sd card up to 64GB. The phone also supports dual sim cards and is 4G VOLTE capable. In the camera department, the phone packs a f/2.2 13MP rear camera accompanied by a LED flash. The phone also has a f/2.2 8MP front camera for all your selfies. Software-wise, the phone runs InLife UI 2.0 based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. Sensor options include an accelerometer, proximity sensor, and a digital compass. Sadly, there is an exclusion of the fingerprint scanner which in our opinion should be a standard at this price range. And finally powering this device all up is a 2600mAh non-user removable battery. This coupled with the 720p display will be enough to get users through a full day of moderate to heavy usage without any problems.

The InFocus Bingo 50+ packs some decent specs for a rather heavy price tag. The exclusion of a fingerprint scanner and the inclusion of a 720p display makes it difficult for us to recommend this smartphone at this price range. We would suggest you invest on other smartphones with far superior specs and value.
