Leagoo P1 officially launched in Nepal
Leagoo, a Chinese OEM, who made their debut not long ago is here with a new budget smartphone. The Leagoo P1, which is priced at around Rs 10,000, brings some interesting hardware and software offerings including a dual camera set up. But is it the ultimate budget smartphone? Well, let us take a deeper look at the phone and find out the answer to just that.
The Leagoo P1 packs a 5 inch HD IPS display with a pixel density of 294PPI. The display is edged out by a 2.5D glass giving users a seamless experience. Under the hood, the P1 packs a 1.3Ghz quad-core MediaTek MT680A processor along with the Mali-400MP2 GPU. The processor is backed by 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage. The inbuilt memory can be further expanded via a micro-sd card up to 128GB.
Surprisingly, in the camera department, the P1 packs a dual-camera set up with a combination an 8MP sensor and a 5MP sensor. There is also a 5MP front camera for all your high-res selfies. Software wise, the phone runs Leagoo 3.0 UI based on Android 7.0 Nougat. The phone also has a rear mounted fingerprint scanner which is a rarity in this price range. Other sensors include an accelerometer, proximity sensor, and a digital compass. And finally powering this device all up is a large 4000mAh non-user removable battery. This coupled with the 720p display will be enough to get users through a full day and a half of heavy usage without any problems.
The Leagoo P1 is now available for you to buy from any Leagoo outlets across the nation. The phone is truly a great value for money as it offers a lot in terms of both hardware and software. The dual cameras and the fingerprint scanner is a pure novelty at this price range. If you guys are looking for a feature-packed budget smartphone, then you should definitely check out the Leagoo P1.
