The much-anticipated Mahindra XUV300 compact SUV has finally been launched jointly in the Chitwan NEPAL through its authorized dealer Agni Group and Central Auto Zone Pvt. Ltd.
On this special occasion the Managing Director of Agni Group Mr. Shrestha has expressed that he was excited and overwhelmed to get XUV in Nepal and for its successful launch.
The new Mahindra XUV 300 is designed and developed on SsangYong’s X100 platform and has a aggressive looking design. It features an attractive sunroof , touch screen infotainment, climate control, LED day time running lights, start stop button and a double zone climate control. It is stated that the diesel turbocharged vehicle operating systems use the engine power efficiently.
The new XUV 300 based on monocoque FWD platform and gets a new several offering segment including 7 airbags and all disc brakes. It has 2 engine option 1.5 litre diesel and 1.2 litre petrol engine which is liable to produce 115 bhp / 5 PS @ 4000 rpm and 110 bhp power respectively along with a 6 speed manual gearbox.
The Mahindra XUV 300 will be available at starting price of Rs 39,75,000 to Rs 57,25,000 and will be competing with Vitara Brezza, Nexon and EcoSport.
As to the safety equipment it has been able to get multiple safety awards including Korean New Car Assessment Program, besides that the all-new Mahindra XUV300 also comes loaded with several advanced safety features including the standard dual airbags (driver + passenger) and ABS with EBD, ISOFIX child mount seats along with all four disc brakes (first-in-segment). It also gets cruise control, speed alert and seat belt reminder. The high-spec trims of the SUV carline are exclusively offered with seven airbags, rear parking camera and sensors, ESP (electronic stability programme) and hill launch and many more.
