Mahindra’s Service Extended to Jitpursimara: Simara Auto Zone

Balaju Auto Works Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of Agni Group and the official distributor of Mahindra Four Wheeler for Nepal, has inaugurated the official service center ‘Simara Auto Zone’ for Mahindra Four Wheeler vehicles in Jitpursimara, the sub-metropolitan city in Bara District. The company has stated that the service center is the authorized dealer of Balaju Auto Works for the particular area.

The event was jointly inaugurated by Mr. Jitendra Sonal, Minister for Physical Infrastructure Development of Province No. 2, and Mr. Arjun Prasad Sharma, Managing Director of Balaju Auto Works with the presence of Mr. Rajesh Kumar Chhetri, Managing Director of Simara Auto Zone and local representatives on Tuesday.

The company stated that the purpose of establishing this service center is to provide convenient and affordable services to the customers of Bara and its environs by providing them access to the company and all its quality services. They further added, the establishment of a service center will help deepen the trust between the customer and the company in the coming days.

As per Arjun Prasad Sharma, MD of Balaju Auto Works, the company has been focusing more on providing continuous quality service to ensure maximum customer satisfaction in all Mahindra servicing centers.

Rajesh Kumar Chhetri, MD of Simara Auto Zone, Jitpur Simara, also stated that the main objective of the company is to provide servicing and genuine spare parts for Mahindra vehicles. This servicing center will fulfill the expectation of the customers of Mahindra vehicles to provide quality service facilities in their own place.
