Mercedes- Benz EQC sales at a slow pace

Mercedes- Benz EQC hasn’t even been able to pass its 100th units into the market. The production of EQC started from May but it hasn’t been able to achieve large numbers of sales in compare to it’s various models.

Well about EQC, is a fully electric compact luxury SUV produced by Mercedes-Benz. It is the first member of the fully electric Mercedes EQ family. This electric vehicle powered by a 80 KWh lithium ion battery pack consists of 384 lithium-ion cells. It comes with the engine having capability of producing 300 kW / 408 HP power and torque 760 NM with CO2 emission. The EQC is based on the GLC and it shares the same wheelbase of it. For the charging it takes around 40 minutes to generate 10 – 80%, with the transmission option it has a single speed with fixed ratio. It can top up from 0-100 km/h (62 mph) in 5.1 seconds.

The German media report also stated about low registrations of the EQC i.e.  55 units total. Despite the fact that the EQC is being promoted in TV ads quite frequent there’s not much of a positive results on the sales. There are other numerous questions regarding to the production line and even the car itself . It is really hard to believe that the EQC couldn’t even raise its significant demand in Germany. It is also making delays for US based EQC model it’s really quite suspicious though. Lastly we hope that EQC shares us a new positive report in the days to come.
