Mercedes is recently revealed the teaser of a plug-in-hybrid of the GLA SUV, CLA sedan and CLA shooting Brake. All these models will be built on the Modular Front Architecture 2 (MFA2) platform, the current models with this platform are offered with plug in hybrid variants.
The model using this platforms are the A-Class hatchback/sedan 250e and B Class MPV 250e. These models is powered by a M282 1.33 litre turbocharged petrol engine which generates 160 PS of Power and 250 NM of torque where as the hybrid motor produces 102 PS power and 300 NM of torque. With the combination it produces 218 PS and 450 NM. Well we can expect this similar powertrain setup for the new ones but stay tuned to know about it.
