The processor is backed by 4GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. The memory can be further expanded via a micro-sd card up to 256GB. The A1 also supports dual sim cards but only at the expense of the memory card slot.In the camera department, the Mi A1 packs a dual-camera set up with a combination of two 12MP sensors with f/2.2 and f/2.6 aperture. The secondary camera, just like the one on the iPhone 7 Plus is used for a 2X optical zoom. There is also a 5MP front camera for all your high-res selfies. The Mi A1 also comes equipped with a fingerprint scanner embedded into its back panel. Other sensors include an accelerometer, compass, proximity sensor and a gyroscope. Software-wise, the phone runs the Android One version of Android 7.1.2 Nougat. And finally powering this device all up is a 3080mAh non-user removable battery. This will be enough to get users a full day worth of battery life without any issues. And if the battery does run out there is the inclusion of Quick Charge and USB Type C port for faster charging time.
