The dimension of the phone measures 169.9 x 77.9 x 8.8 mm (6.69 x 3.07 x 0.35 in) and weighs 191 g (6.74 oz). The body of the Nokia C20 is polycarbonate-made and the device is available in two colour options: Dark Blue and Sand.

The overall design of the Nokia C20 has been kept mediocre but perfectly suits someone who is not searching for something exciting. Upfront, the screen is surrounded by a bezel that is bold and instantly visible. The bottom bezel is the thickest as it also features Nokia branding which cannot be ignored. The top bezel is not as thick as the bottom one but it houses a V-notch for the selfie camera and an LED Flash. The Nokia C20 is based on Android 11 (Go edition) and packs 16GB of inbuilt storage that can be expanded via a microSD card (up to 256GB) with a dedicated slot. The Nokia C20 is a dual-SIM (GSM and GSM) smartphone that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards. The storage option for the device is offered as 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage for games, songs, and video. Additionally, the company says the phone will receive security updates for two years for better and secured experience for the users.


The camera specification offered with the Nokia C20 is decent for fresh users. The front camera is offered with a 5 MP camera for clicking selfies and making video calls. The front camera offers LED flash and shoots video at 720p. Meanwhile, the rear camera of the Nokia C20 is a 5 MP set up along with a LED flash housed in a bumped circular setup.
