Oppo A3 launched with a notch

Oppo has launched yet another mid-tier smartphone with a notch in China. The Oppo A3 is the latest entry-level smartphone from Oppo to sport the infamous notch. With a price of $332 here is everything the phone has to offer.

The Oppo A3 packs a 6.23 inch Full HD display (1080 x 2280) with a pixel density of 405PPI. The panel is near bezel-less and packs a notch on the top. The phone’s rear is covered by Gorilla Glass 5 and is edged out by a 2.5D glass. Under the hood, the A3 packs an octa-core MediaTekHelio P60 processor accompanied by a Mali-G72 MP3 GPU. The SoC is backed by 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The memory of the phone can be further expanded via a micro-sd card up to 256GB.

In the camera department, the Oppo A3 packs a f/1.8 16MP rear camera accompanied by a LED flash. The phone also packs a whopping f/2.0 8MP front-camera for all your high-res selfies. And sitting just below the rear camera is a fingerprint scanner embedded into the phone’s back panel. Moving on, at the software front, the phone runs Color OS 5.0 based on Android 8.1 Oreo. And finally powering this device all up is a 3400mAh non-user removable battery. This, without a doubt, will be more than enough to get users through a day of usage on a single charge.
