Poco M3 Pro 5G launched in Nepal | Price and specifications
Following the release of the Poco M2 Reloaded recently, the company has yet again launched another model–the Poco M3 Pro 5G. The new release of Xiaomi is identical to the new Redmi Note 10 5G by Xiaomi. The specs of the two phones are similar with the only difference being the appearance: both are made of plastic but the Poco has a glossy finish with a black accent running on the rear from the camera setup to almost the middle, housing the Poco branding.

Design
The phone has a decent design with the bottom section featuring a speaker grille, USB Type-C, microphone; the left-hand side has a hybrid sim card tray; the right-hand side has volume rockers and a power buttom with a fingerprint sensor; and the top side gets an IR Blaster and 3.5 mm headphone jack, which will come as a relief for most buyers. The top of the screen gets a punch-hole cutout with slim bezels on the sides and a slightly thick bezel on the chin.

Display
The M3 Pro 5G gets a 6.5-inch FHD+ DotDisplay that has a 90Hz refresh rate, which helps for a smooth experience while swiping and scrolling. It has a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels; the screen to body ratio is 83.7%; and the aspect ratio is 20:9. The screen gets a typical brightness of 400 nits, which will top at 500 nits in auto mode. The phone also has a 360-degree light sensor. For protection, the company offers Corning Gorilla Glass 3 with the phone.

Processor
The M3 Pro 5G is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 700 (two Cortex-A76 cores and six Cortex-A55 cores clocked at 2.2GHz and 2.0GHz), which is based on a 7nm process. The graphics is handled by Mali-G57 GPU. The device runs on MIUI 12 for Poco on top of Android 11. The storage options are offered as 4GB of RAM and 64Gb of storage or 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.

Camera
The rear camera setup for the M3 Pro 5G comes as a triple-camera setup: a 48MP primary camera with an aperture of f/1.8, a 2MP macro camera with an aperture of f/2.4, and a 2MP depth camera with an aperture of f/2.4. The selfie shooter, on the other hand, is an 8MP camera with an aperture of f/2.4. Both front and back cameras of the device can shoot 1080p videos at 30fps.

Other specs
The device has dimensions of 161.8 x 75.3 x 8.9 mm, and it weighs 190 g. Fueling the phone is a massive 5000mAh battery pack combined with an 18W of fast charging. The sensors on the phone include fingerprint (side-mounted), accelerometer, gyro, proximity, and compass.
