Royal Enfield launches entire BS-6 compliant model in India

Royal Enfield has launched its entire BS-6 compliant models in India. The last Bike to get the get BS-6 emisson norms is the Bullet 350 range, which is made available in two trims : Standard and ES at the price of INRs 1,27,750. The standard model is available in two paint schemes, Black and Forest Green, the latter of which was earlier available on the Bullet 500.

Royal Enfield had also introduced a third variant, designed and developed to appeal to the masses. The bike basically went through certain cost-cutting measures to make it easier.

All these three variants are powered by same BS6-compliant 346cc air-cooled, fuel-injected motor producing 19.3PS at 5250rpm and 28Nm at 4000rpm, and comes mated to a 5-speed transmission.

The Bullet 350 continues to use a 35mm telescopic and twin shock absorber setup. Its braking setup comprises a 280mm disc up front with single-channel ABS and a 153mm drum at the rear. That said, the added weight of the larger cat-con and fuel-injection means the standard variant now weighs 186kg.
