Today, Samsung released its latest addition to its M-series in India by officially launching the latest Samsung Galaxy M32. The Samsung Galaxy M32 comes as an addition to the budget mid-range segment. The latest additional launched in two variants 4/64GB and 6/128GB, priced at INR 14,999 and INR 16,999, respectively. The Samsung Galaxy M32 is also expected to soon enter the Nepali market as well.
The Samsung Galaxy M32 offers excellent features for a budget mid-range segment. The battery is super long-lasting, the camera is improved for better performance and the device sports a Super AMOLED display for better experience on video, games, and movies. The South Korean tech giant has offered best-in-class features with Galaxy M32 that might help prove itself to be a promising competitor in its segment.
The Samsung Galaxy M32 flaunts a 6.4 inches Super AMOLED screen, having a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and an aspect ratio of 20:9. The smartphone also features a slim bezel on the screen that has a pixel density of 411ppi. The refresh rate of the screen is 90Hz and the brightness stands at 800 nits. Meanwhile, the screen-to-body ratio measures 83.5%.
The dimension of the device measures 160 x 74 x 9 mm. It is pretty lightweight at just 196g and the frame and body are plastic-made.
As per the design is concerned, the Samsung Galaxy M32 flaunts an Infinity-U notch for the selfie camera placed centrally on the top of the screen. Even though smartphone manufacturers have moved on from the choice of the water-drop notch, Samsung has chosen to stand with the very option for this time too. The power button and the volume rocker are placed on the right. You can unlock the device using the built-in on-screen fingerprint sensor under the display or use face unlock that works through the selfie camera. On the rear, the device has a quad rear camera setup and Samsung branding on the bottom.
The Samsung Galaxy M32 is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G80 processor. The device comes paired with 6GB RAM and you get 64GB internal memory that is further expandable using the hybrid card slot. Similarly, the device runs on the Samsung One UI version built over the Android 11 operating system.
The rear camera setup of the Samsung Galaxy M32 is a 64MP primary camera with an aperture of f/1.8, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens with an aperture of f/2.2, a 5MP macro camera with an aperture of f/2.2, and another 5MP depth camera with an aperture of f/2.4. A few of the rear camera features include HDR mode, digital zoom, auto flash, touch to focus, etc. The front camera for selfies features a 20MP camera with an aperture of f/2.2. It is, however, worth noting the fact that its predecessor (Samsung Galaxy M31) was rather offered with a 32MP selfie camera. Both camera setup is good enough to record 1080p video at 30fps while the predecessor was capable to record 4K video at 30fps.
The Samsung Galaxy M32 is powered by a massive 6000mAh non-replaceable battery and supports fast charging through a USB Type C port. Inside the box, there is a 15W power adapter but the device still supports 25W fast charging. The charger in the box should take around two hours to charge the device from empty to full. The connectivity features include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, 4G VoLTE, USB OTG, a 3.5mm audio jack, Dolby Atmos Audio. and GPS with GLONASS.
