Suzuki Nepal launches the next-generation Brezza at Rs 44.99 lakh
Suzuki Nepal has launched its new SUV–the next-generation Brezza–in the Nepalese market. The SUV now is only named as the Brezza, meaning that with this update, the company has removed the name “Vitara” from the SUV. The new Brezza now comes with a facelited design, new powertrain, and newly-added features. The second-generation Brezza is also offered in four variants: the LXI, the VXI, the ZXI, and the ZXI+–at a starting price of Rs 44.99 lakh.
Design

The new Brezza gets a bold and sporty design than the outgoing models. The front fascia now features a longer front grille which extends to the sleek dual LED projector headlamps with LED DRLs. And on the rear, the SUV gets sleek LED tail lamps and a sporty bumper. The next-generation also comes with a shark fin antenna and geometric alloy wheels. Furthermore, the Brezza has also been offered in six monotone colours: White, Silver, Grey, Blue, Khaki, and Red, and three dual-tone colours: Silver-Black, Khaki-White, and Red-Black.

The new Brezza’s cabin is more spacious and premium. The cabin features dual-tone interiors (black and brown) with silver accents and leather-upholstered seats. The dashboard features a three-spoke steering wheel with mounted controls, a head-up display, and a nine-inch touchscreen infotainment that is integrated with SmartPlay Pro+ and is compatible with both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. And on top, the SUV gets an electric sunroof.

Powertrain
The second-generation Brezza is powered by a 1.5-litre petrol engine that generates a peak power of 101 hp at 6000 rpm and a peak torque of 136.8 Nm at 4400 rpm. For transmission, the engine comes mated to either a five-speed manual transmission or a six-speed automatic transmission, depending upon the variants. The SUV also comes with Smart Hybrid technology due to which it gets an additional battery that further boosts the performance. Furthermore, all the variants get brake energy regeneration, idle start stop, and torque assist during acceleration features to enhance the performance.

Features
The second-generation Brezza comes with a plethora of safety and convenience features. For safety, the SUV comes with 360-view camera, anti-theft security system, central locking, driver’s and co-driver’s airbags, electronic stability program, engine immobiliser, ABS with EBD, hill hold assist, high speed alert, rear view camera, and reverse parking sensor. And for convenience, the new Brezza comes with cruise control, automatic climate control, electrically adjusted ORVMs, electrically foldable ORVMs, ambient lighting, power windows, height adjustable driver seat, 60:40 rear split seats, keyless entry, Bluetooth connectivity, wireless charging dock, and rear AC vents, among others.

CG Motocorp, the sole authorised distributor of Suzuki vehicles in Nepal, has launched the next-generation Brezza in four variants: the LXI, the VXI, the ZXI, and the ZXI+, at a starting price of Rs 44.99 lakh and it goes up to Rs 56.29 lakh. But till 12 March, the company has offered a discount of Rs 3 lakh on the purchase of every Brezza model.
