Tata Going Electric?

Yes, you read it correctly, our sources indicate that the Indian motoring giant Tata Motors is stepping into electric vehicle market in 2018 in the all new Tata Indica Vista Electric, yes, the same Indica that has been in the market for more than a decade now. The electric concept of this car was unveiled at the Thailand International Expo in 2010. Tata Motors is also expected to come up with exclusive battery charging outlets and the widespread Tata Motors service centres spread across the country would be a huge advantage. The expected launch for the Indica electric is some time during the first half of 2018 with an expected price of IC 4 to 5 Lakh rupees. Apart from this there are also speculations on all electric versions of Tata Tigor and Tiago, we will keep you updated on that as it happens.
