The Most Affordable SUV- Nissan Magnite Launched in India; Early 2021 Launch Expected for Nepal

Armed to attract eyes, hearts, and minds the most awaited subcompact SUV Nissan Magnite is launched in India with a breath-taking introductory price of INR 4.99 Lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) for the entry-level XE variant and 9.38 Lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) for the top variant. To be precise, Nissan Magnite comes in 4 variants, namely XE, XL (Rs 5.99- 7.89 Lakh), XV (Rs 6.68-Rs 8.58 Lakh), and XV Premium (Rs 7.55-Rs 9.35 Lakh). The introductory prices are valid till December 31 and will be revised to 5.54 Lakh (ex-showroom). The Nissan Magnite has marked its name to be the most affordable SUV, by far among sub-compact SUVs with the announced starting price.

As per the reports, the Nissan Magnite is to be launched in Nepal in early February and rival the likes of Kia Sonet, Hyundai Venue, Ford Ecosport, Suzuki Vitara Brezza, and Tata Nexon

With an all-new outlook and all-new features, the new Magnite comes with a dominating stance based on the company’s CMF-A+ platform. The front of the car gets a trapezoid-shaped signature Nissan grille surrounded by silver; finished bezel and large fang-shaped DRLs along with sleek-looking Bi-projector headlamps setup, LED light guide, and i-shaped LED fog lamp. The sides of the car get floating-type roof effect, blacked-out ORVMs, gloss black cladding, and dual-tone body paints, chrome handlebars, a ground clearance of 204mm, and machine-finished 16-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels portraying a sporty character.

The Magnite sports extremely prominent wraparound tail lamps with LED lighting. Additionally, it wears a blacked-out spoiler, a distinct lip, blacked-out bumpers with silver inserts, and a silver-plated faux skid plate. The technology-rich Nissan Magnite gets an 8-inch full flush touchscreen system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, 360-degree cameras, built-in voice recognition, Nissan connect with over 50 features along with cruise control being a part of the package.

Moreover, a dual-tone theme with stitched-fabric seats, wide hexagonal air-conditional vents positioned on the top of the dashboard, and a fully digital 7-inch TFT instrument cluster for the driver are available. Focused on flexibility, The Nissan Magnite comes with 60-40 split foldable rear seats having a huge couple seat distance of 700mm plus rear knee room of 593mm plus rear headroom of 76mm. At the heart, Magnite gets a choice of two-engine-and-gearbox options with no offer on the diesel engine.
