TVS adds a new colour to the Ntorq Race Edition lineup in Nepal: Marine Blue

TVS has now offered the Ntorq Race Edition in the new Marine Blue colour in the Nepalese market. Jagdamba Motors Pvt. Ltd, the authorised distributor of TVS scooters in Nepal, has priced the Marine Blue Ntorq Race Edition at the same price as the other Ntorq Race Edition models, which is Rs 2,79,900. Apart from the new colour option, all the other specifications remain the same as the outgoing Ntorq Race Edition models.

The Ntorq Race Edition gets a stealth aircraft Inspired design. The front fascia features a signature LED headlamp and a new T-shaped LED DRLs, and on the rear, the scooter gets split grab rails and a signature ‘T’ tail lamp. The scooter’s other notable design elements are its 12-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels, sporty muffler, and a unibody seat. Furthermore, the scooter is offered in three different colours: Red, Yellow and Marine Blue (new).

The Ntorq Race Edition is powered by a 125 cc, three-valve, single-cylinder, BS-6, four-stroke, SI, air-cooled, RT-Fi (Race Tuned Fuel Injection) engine. The scooter generates a maximum power of 9 hp at 7000 rpm and a maximum torque of 10.5 Nm at 5500 rpm. The Ntorq Race Edition comes with a fuel tank of 5.8-litre and it provides a mileage of 56 kmpl.

The Ntorq Race Edition comes equipped with a fully-digital instrument console–integrated with TVS SmartXonnect technology–that provides 60 features such as voice assist, incoming call alert, incoming SMS alert, missed call alert, navigation assist, engine temperature indicator, and phone signal, among others. Other notable features are its LED units, 5.8-litre fuel tank, disc brake, and storage capacity.

Chassis

The Ntorq Race Edition’s suspension duties are handled by telescopic suspension with hydraulic dampers on the front and on the rear, the scooter comes with coil springs with hydraulic dampers. As for braking, the scooter is offered with both disc and drum brakes on the front, whereas on the rear, it comes with drum brakes only.
