TVS Raider 125 Super Squad Edition launched at INR 98,919 in India
TVS Motor Company has launched the new Raider 125 Super Squad Edition in the Indian market. The new Raider 125 Super Squad Edition, which takes inspiration from two iconic Marvel Super Heroes: Black Panther and Iron Man, comes with new colour schemes, whereas its mechanical specifications, design elements, and features remain the same as the standard models. The company has offered the new bike at an introductory price of INR 98,919.

Design and features
The new Raider 125 Super Squad Edition comes with two new colour schemes: black-and-purple (inspired by Black Panther) and red-and-white (inspired by Iron Man), while the other design elements remain the same as the standard Raider 125 models. The bike comes with an animalistic LED headlamp, a signature LED tail lamp, a sporty tank with scoops, wide split-seats, grab rails, and a side-slung exhaust. The bike also gets a 3D TVS logo on the fuel tank and a Raider logo on the side panel.
The new bike comes equipped with a 5-inch TFT display that is compatible with the brand’s ‘SmartXonnect’ technology. The technology connects the rider’s smartphone to the display console via Bluetooth connectivity and provides features such as voice management, call management, and navigation. Other notable features are its side-stand cut-off switch system, under-seat storage, in-built USB charger, one-touch start, and riding modes (Eco and Power), among others.
Engine:
The new Raider 125 Super Squad Edition is powered by the same 125-cc, air-and oil-cooled, single-cylinder, SI, 3-valve engine as the outgoing Raider 125 models. The engine–paired to a five-speed gearbox (in 1-N-2-3-4-5 pattern)–generates a maximum power of 11.2 hp at 7500 rpm and a maximum torque of 11.2 Nm at 6000 rpm. The motorcycle comes in two riding modes: Eco and Power. The Eco mode offers high mileage and optimum power, meanwhile, the Power mode offers higher pickup and top speed. So in Power mode, the Raider 125 can speed up to 99 kmph and accelerate from 0-60 kmph in 5.9 seconds.

TVS Raider 125 Super Squad Edition price in Nepal
TVS India has launched the new Raider 125 Super Squad Edition at an introductory price of INR 98,919. Although there is no official news regarding its launch in Nepal, in case of its launch, the fans can expect it to come at around Rs 2.80 lakh here.
Currently, TVS Nepal only offers the Raider 125 split-seat variants at Rs 2,64,900, which serves as a rival to the Hero Glamour XTEC 125 and the Honda Shine SP 125.
