UMIDIGI is gearing up to launch their latest premium mid-tier smartphone, the UMIDIGI S2 Pro here in Nepal. The phone has a lot to offer including an eye-catching design, near bezel-less display, dual cameras and much more. With an expected price of around Rs 55,000, here is everything else the phone brings to the table.
The UMIDIGI S2 Pro a 6.0 inch Full HD (1080*2160) TDDI display with an aspect ratio of 18:9 and a pixel density of 402PPI. This helps UMIDIGI pack a larger display in a relatively small body. The S2 Pro comes encased in a unibody aluminum shell which not only looks good but also feels premium to the touch. Under the hood, the phone packs an octa-core MediaTek Helio P25 processor along with the Mali-T880 MP2 GPU. The processor is backed by 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The phone also supports storage expansion via a micro-sd card up to 128GB and is dual-sim capable. And all this goodness comes in a splash resistant body!
In the camera department, the UMIDIGI S2 Pro packs a rear dual camera set up made by a f/2.0 13MP and a 5MP sensor. The phone also flaunts a f/2.0 16MP front camera for all your high-res selfies. Software-wise, the phone runs Android 7.0 Nougat with UMIDIGI’s own custom skin layered on top of it. Just sitting below the rear cameras is a fingerprint scanner embedded into the phone’s back panel. Other sensors include an accelerometer, proximity, compass, and a gyroscope. And finally, powering the device all up is a large non-user removable 5100mAh battery. This will be more than enough to get users through a day of moderate to heavy usage without any issues.
