Vivo V7: Price, Specs, and Initial Impressions
Vivo, after a long wait, is finally here in Nepal and they are here with 3 new smartphones. Among the three, the Vivo V7 is one of them and it is their most powerful smartphone till date in Nepal. So let us take a deeper look at what the V7 has to offer for a price of Rs 29,990.
The Vivo V7 packs a 5.7 inch Full HD (720*1440) IPS LCD display with an aspect ratio of 18:9 and a pixel density of 282PPI. This helps Vivo pack a larger display in a relatively small body. The V7 comes encased in a unibody aluminum shell which not only looks good but also feels premium to the touch. Under the hood, the phone packs an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 processor along with the Adreno 506 GPU. The processor is backed by 4GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. The phone also supports storage expansion via a micro-sd card up to 256GB and is dual-sim capable. In the camera side of things, the Vivo V7 packs a f/2.0 16MP rear camera accompanied by a LED flash. The phone also has a f/2.0 24MP front camera for all your high-res selfies. Software-wise, the phone runs Android 7.1.2 Nougat with Vivo’s own custom skin, Funtouch OS 3.2 layered on top of it. Just sitting below the rear camera is a fingerprint scanner embedded into the phone’s back panel. Other sensors include an accelerometer, proximity, and a compass. And finally, powering the device all up is a 3000mAh non-user removable battery. This will be more than enough to get users through a day of moderate to heavy usage on a single charge without any issues.
