Daraz is offering the best budget smartphone of 2016 at an amazing price. The phone, at the time of launch, was priced at around Rs 15,000 and was later slashed to just Rs 11,499 (16GB) and 12,499 (32GB). Daraz, now, is offering the phone at a mind-boggling price of just Rs 9,499 (16GB) and Rs 10,499 (32GB). That is almost Rs 2000 less than the already discounted price. Let’s now take a deeper look at what the phone has to offer.
The Xiaomi Redmi 4A packs a 5 inch HD IPS display with a pixel density of 296PPI. The display is edged out by a 2.5D glass giving users a seamless experience. Under the hood, the Redmi 4A packs a 1.4Ghz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 processor along with the Adreno 308 GPU. The processor is backed by 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. The inbuilt memory can be further expanded via a micro-sd card up to 256GB. The phone also supports dual Nano-sim cards but only at the expense of the memory card slot.
In the camera department, the phone packs a f/2.2 13MP rear camera accompanied by a LED flash. The phone also has a f/2.2 5MP front camera for all your selfies. Software-wise, the phone runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow with Xiaomi’s own custom skin MIUI 8.0 overlaid on top of it. The phone sadly doesn’t come with a fingerprint scanner! However, the phone does pack some other sensors like an accelerometer, proximity sensor, and a digital compass. And finally powering this device all up is a large 3120mAh non-user removable battery. This coupled with the 720p display will be enough to get users through a full day of moderate to heavy usage without any issues.
