Yadea E8S Pro bookings opened in Nepal; priced at Rs 2.30 lakh
Kuzu Nepal Pvt. Ltd, a sole distributor of Yadea electric scooter in Nepal, has unveiled and opened the booking of its new electric scooter–the E8S Pro. The new E8S Pro will be powered by a 72V-38Ah TTFAR’s third-generation graphene battery that will provide a range up to 150 km. The company has offered the scooter at a special pre-launch price of Rs 2.30 lakh.
Design and features
The E8S Pro gets a conventional electric scooter’s design. The front fascia features a three lens headlight, and on the rear, the scooter gets a grab rail and the company’s iconic tail light. The scooter comes with a unibody flat seat and under it lies a storage space of 32-litre. Furthermore, the scooter might be offered in three different colours: Red, Blue, Black. In terms of dimension, the E8S Pro measures 1839 mm in length, 710 mm in width, and 1165 mm in height. Similarly, the scooter gets a ground clearance of 170 mm and a wheelbase of 1272 mm.
The E8S Pro comes equipped with a smart colourful digital instrument console that displays information such as the scooter’s speed, battery health, odometer, time, and others. The scooter also gets an energy recovery system that recharges the battery while cruising, downhill, and braking. Other notable features are its LED units, disc brakes (both ends), 360 mm leg space, and 32-litres storage space.
Powertrain
The new E8S Pro is powered by the 72V-38Ah TTFAR’s third-generation graphene battery–mated to a 2.8 kW TTFAR motor-that produces a peak torque of 140 Nm. The scooter can also reach a top speed of 60 kmph. Furthermore, the company offers both the battery and motor with two years of warranty or up to 20,000 km. For charging, the scooter gets charged from 0-100% in around 6-7 hours via a normal power outlet, and on a single charge, it provides a maximum range of 150 km.
