Yamaha 2022 FZ 25 launched in India
Yamaha has launched the 2022 FZ 25 in India. The naked bike is offered in two variants: FZ 25 (standard model) and FZS 25 (top model). The updated FZ 25 will be offered with a new colour scheme and all other bike’s characteristics remain unchanged. The FZ 25 comes at a price of INR 1.38 lakh and the FZS 25 costs 5,000 more (INR 1.43 lakh).

The new-generation FZ 25 gets the same design as the outgoing models, but the updated FZ 25 is offered in a new colour scheme. Among the variants, the FZ 25 is offered with the same colour scheme, Racing Blue and Metallic Black, however, the FZS 25 gets two new colour schemes: Matte Copper and Matte Black, along with golden accents and wheels. Compared to the standard model, the top model comes with a small windshield and knuckle guards.
The 2022 FZ 25 comes with the same features as its predecessors such as LED units, dual-channel ABS, a LCD instrument cluster, grab rails, and LED DRLs, among others.
Powertrain
The new FZ 25’s powertrain remains the same, and both the variants share the same powertrain. The naked bike is powered by a 249 cc, single-cylinder, two-valve, BS6, FI engine. The engine generates a peak power of 20.7 hp at 8000 rpm and a peak torque of 20.1 Nm at 6000 rpm. For transmission, the engine comes mated to a five-speed gearbox. The bike gets a 14-litre fuel tank and provides a mileage of 43 kmpl.

Yamaha 2022 FZ 25 has been launched in India in two variants: FZ 25 (INR 1.38 lakh) and FZS 25 (INR 1.43 lakh). There is no news regarding its launch here, but it will be delayed due to the recent import ban on automobiles (above 150 cc).
