Zontes 310T Adventure Tourer launched at Rs 9.99 lakh in Nepal
Iron Monk, the authorised distributor of Zontes bikes in Nepal, has announced the launch and opened bookings for the all-new 310T Adventure Tourer in the Nepalese market. The new 310T Adventure Tourer will be powered by a 312-cc engine that is capable of producing 34 hp of power and a torque of 30 Nm. The bike will be offered in two variants—the Standard and the Single-sided swingarm—at a starting price of Rs 9.99 lakh.
Design and features
The 310T Adventure Tourer gets a conventional ADV-style design. The front fascia features a sharp LED headlight and electronically adjusted windscreen, and on the rear, the bike gets a sharp LED taillight and pannier rack. Other notable design elements are its chiselled tank with the company’s 3D logo, split-set-up seats, double barrel exhausts, and handguards, among others. In terms of its dimensions, the bike measures 2080 mm in length, 1360 mm in width, and 850 mm in height. Furthermore, the bike has a wheelbase of 1380 mm and a ground clearance of 186 mm.
The 310T Adventure Tourer comes equipped with a TFT full-colour LCD screen instrument that offers four personalised themes: Recreation, Race, Street, and Simplicity, and two modes—Manual and Automatic backlight—to adjust the backlight intensity freely according to the brightness of the environment. Furthermore, the instrument console displays information about the bike’s speed, temperature, gear position indicator, tachometer, odometer, and time, among others. Other notable features are its keyless start/stop, LED units, electronic steering lock system, riding modes, and tire pressure monitoring system, among others.
Powertrain
The Zontes 310T Adventure Tourer is powered by a 312 cc, Euro-V compliant, four-valve, liquid-cooled, FI engine that produces a peak power of 38 hp and a peak torque of 30 Nm. For transmission, the engine comes mated to a six-speed gearbox, which is complemented with a slipper-assist clutch. Furthermore, the bike is also offered with a Dry Sump system which is responsible for lowering the overall temperature of the oil that enhances power delivery.

For braking, the 310T Adventure Tourer gets a 300 mm disc brake at the front and a 230 mm disc brake at the rear, which is coupled with a dual-channel ABS system.
